Lead redesign of customer operations systems (chatbots, knowledge base, agent tools) to enable growth. Architect processes from first principles, embed revenue and retention motions into support interactions, partner with technical teams on AI-assisted automation, define success metrics (LTV lift, efficiency, quality), and drive change management to operationalize lifecycle-integrated systems.

Design and own the inside sales strategy and infrastructure to convert existing customers into multi-product users. Build operating models, KPIs, compensation, playbooks, and technology (including AI) to scale conversion. Partner cross-functionally to measure, optimize, and drive revenue outcomes while coaching leaders to execute against targets.

Sales Representatives will represent Neo at various events, acquiring customers for the Neo Credit card, Money account, and other products while earning hourly pay and commission.
