Manage end-to-end video production logistics from pre-production through wrap. Responsibilities include creating budgets and schedules, booking crews, talent, locations, equipment, and vendors, handling permits and production paperwork, preparing call sheets, running casting, and managing shoot-day operations to keep productions on time and on budget.

Support the Finance & Ops Lead and leadership by administering internal systems, managing invoicing and receivables, coordinating vendors and contracts, maintaining SOPs and dashboards, supporting recruiting operations, and improving company processes. The role also identifies automation opportunities and helps solve emerging operational challenges in a fast-growing creative studio.

Lead brand strategy, positioning, messaging, identity, and creative direction for startup and technology clients. Manage projects from discovery through delivery, develop narratives and integrated campaigns across film, social, web, experiential, and paid channels, and direct multidisciplinary teams. Present and sell creative work to clients, support new business, mentor team members, and help grow Nen’s brand practice and commercial capabilities.
