Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 automation solutions for the National Guard Bureau knowledge management program. Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint integrations supporting governance, lifecycle compliance, collaboration, metrics, and decision support. Troubleshoot and optimize production solutions, document implementations, support AI/ML readiness, and provide user training and technical support.
