Own care delivery performance, capacity planning, access and throughput, operational strategy, analytics, continuous improvement, and team development. Partner cross-functionally to build forecasting, KPI reporting, and scalable processes that align provider capacity with patient demand and drive quality, utilization, and revenue.

Lead and scale Nema's compliance, privacy, regulatory, audit, and risk management functions. Oversee HIPAA privacy and security, incident response, audits, policy governance, vendor BAAs, training, clinical documentation quality, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional operationalization of compliance across a remote behavioral health startup.

Lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of therapist-facing clinical programming and training. Build competency standards, scalable curricula, LMS-based learning systems, assessment frameworks, and feedback processes to improve therapist proficiency, treatment fidelity, and patient outcomes. Partner with clinical leadership to align training with quality metrics and scale new clinical initiatives.
