Supports attorneys handling toxic tort and complex litigation from case inception through trial. Responsibilities include monitoring court deadlines, filing documents through ECF, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and document productions, organizing deposition materials and exhibits, coordinating depositions, communicating with courts and case stakeholders, and assisting with trial preparation and case strategy.

Provides administrative support to attorneys and policy professionals by managing calendars, communications, meetings, business development records, client intake, filings, electronic files, document formatting, travel coordination, expenses, and billing. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to reprioritize in a fast-paced legal environment.

Commercial Litigation Associate handling complex litigation matters, including drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing cases, and advocating for regional and national clients. The role requires strong written and oral advocacy, organizational skills, procedural and substantive legal knowledge, entrepreneurial initiative, and Massachusetts Bar admission. Federal court clerkship experience is a plus.
