Coordinates client conferences and firm events, including vendors, facilities, travel, catering, audiovisual, IT, and onsite logistics. Requires legal assistant or paralegal experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, legal document preparation, court e-filing, deposition and meeting scheduling, client communication, conflict checks, matter opening, electronic file maintenance, billing setup, invoicing, and trial preparation support.
