Success is measured by vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, lead conversion, product offerings, and completion of Mazda training and certifications.

Generate and manage inbound and outbound customer leads for vehicle acquisition, answer inquiries, schedule and follow up on appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, route calls, and collaborate with buying and sales teams. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while meeting individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, document and records management, receipt tracking, CRM upkeep, hospitality events, visitor support, onboarding assistance, and general office administration. The role requires discretion, organization, responsiveness, professionalism, and periodic travel with executives.
