The Fraud Operations Analyst at Nelo will manage AI fraud investigation processes and AML operations. Responsibilities include curating cases, defining fraud signals, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while working closely with CX, Risk, Legal, and Engineering teams.
