Serves as a liaison among business, IT, DevOps, data, and security teams. Defines requirements, analyzes processes, documents user stories and system specifications, supports backlog prioritization, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvements. The role requires business analysis, stakeholder communication, SQL and data analysis skills, and familiarity with technical workflow, diagramming, reporting, and compliance tools.

Collect severely delinquent student loans through outbound calls, limited inbound calls, mail, and email. Negotiate payment arrangements, determine resolution plans, perform skip tracing, educate borrowers about account status, update account information, and complete collection documentation and reports. The role requires strong communication, customer service, analytical, math, listening, and computer skills. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST and is restricted to applicants near Lincoln, Nebraska, or Brownsville, Texas.

Provides enterprise software architecture leadership across application portfolios, establishes architecture standards and decision records, advises Agile delivery teams, and improves developer experience. The role aligns application and platform roadmaps, drives secure and cost-effective .NET solutions, leads technical debt remediation and incident architecture reviews, promotes AI-assisted engineering, and partners with infrastructure, platform, and solution architecture teams.
