Manage risk assessments, control evaluations, compliance reviews, and internal and external audits for Canadian Student Lending. Coordinate assurance engagements, prepare audit documentation and reports, assess regulatory and technology risks, advise business stakeholders, and monitor remediation plans. The role also supports governance, process improvement, risk metrics, special projects, and continuous enhancement of risk and compliance frameworks.

Lead end-to-end product strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery for education-focused SaaS solutions. Conduct customer research, define prioritized requirements, partner with engineering and UX in Agile delivery, track product success metrics, and present strategy to leadership while exploring AI and integration opportunities to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Manages complex IT projects from initiation through post-implementation, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating schedules, budgets, requirements, testing, installation, training, and support. Develops project plans, resolves issues, tracks milestones, reports performance metrics, and collaborates with internal clients and external stakeholders. Requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, and technical teamwork skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft tools and the ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
