Lead product development for new ventures from validated problem to scalable product: decompose problems, define MVPs, write specs, run sprints, perform solution-focused user research, prioritize roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and design repeatable product processes and handoff artifacts until a GM and team take over.

Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into user stories and specifications. Refine backlogs, prioritize work, facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve support issues, and drive continuous process and product improvements. Leverage system knowledge and tools to support project delivery and operational activities.

Build, deploy, and operate LLM-powered agents: design tool use and orchestration, monitor production health, evaluate with test suites, implement retrieval/RAG, build integrations and scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD, enforce guardrails and observability, document architectures, and expand agent adoption across the organization.
