Develop new commercial business across Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Northern Delaware. Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and meetings; build relationships with business decision-makers; conduct site visits and facility assessments; present customized solutions; prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales. Grow existing accounts, manage pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM, and partner with operations to support customers through service delivery.

Perform commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning on hoods, ducts, fans, and related components using cleaning chemicals and power-washing equipment. Evaluate job-site conditions, follow safety procedures, install access panels, document services, identify hazards and additional needs, maintain tools and vehicles, and communicate with customers and crew members. The role requires prior kitchen exhaust cleaning experience and includes flexible overnight, weekend, rooftop, ladder, tight-space, and physically demanding work.
