Neighborly Benefits Overview

Performs monthly close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance. Prepares financial statements, commission and bonus schedules, sales contract records, and external audit support materials. Reviews financial information and assists management with reporting. Uses Microsoft Office, ERP and financial management systems in a hybrid accounting role.

Manages general accounting activities for assigned brands and entities, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, operating P&L review, variance commentary, and internal controls. Leads and develops accounting staff while improving procedures, automation, technology utilization, and resource allocation. Partners with finance, brand operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve accurate and timely financial reporting.

Leads the enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, modernization, operations, and lifecycle management for ERP, CRM, HCM, finance, analytics, integration, and internally developed systems. Oversees implementations, upgrades, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, service management, resilience, and technical debt reduction. Builds and manages multidisciplinary applications teams while partnering with executive and business leaders to align technology investments with organizational goals.
