Manages organic social media execution across multiple brands and platforms. Develops content ideas, creates and edits short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and captions, schedules and publishes posts, monitors performance, manages community engagement, and repurposes national campaign content for franchise locations while maintaining brand consistency.

Performs monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, financial statements, and reporting. Ensures GAAP compliance, communicates financial fluctuations, reviews contracts, supports acquisition integrations and annual audits, and implements accounting process improvements. Uses multiple ERP and financial systems while collaborating with operations management.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for Aire Serv’s franchise system, driving performance, profitability, consistency, and growth. Leads franchise support teams, evaluates franchisee financial and operational health, develops operating plans and processes, and establishes reporting, training, benchmarking, and communication practices. Partners with cross-functional teams on compliance, training, marketing, vendors, and franchise events. The role requires extensive multi-unit or franchise operations experience, financial acumen, team leadership, and travel to franchise locations.
