As an Applications Developer, you will develop and maintain custom software, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication of application design and architecture.

Serve as the first customer contact for auto, residential, and commercial glass needs. Handle inbound/outbound calls, convert leads to appointments, coordinate with shops and field teams, manage quotes, scheduling, orders, invoicing, and insurance communication, maintain accurate records, and support sales growth through customer recommendations and administrative tasks.

Lead creative vision across Neighborly brands: develop campaign concepts and creative platforms, translate marketing goals into print/digital/video work, provide art direction and copywriting, manage designers and Jr. Creative Director, align output to brand standards, partner with marketing, present to stakeholders, and refine creative using performance data.
