Community Pharmacist dispenses and verifies medications, performs compounding and drug therapy reviews, counsels patients, administers immunizations, conducts diagnostic testing, and supports disease-state management. The role ensures regulatory compliance, resolves insurance claims, manages pharmacy workflow and inventory, supports staff training, and assists the Director of Pharmacy with patient care, financial performance, and process improvement.

Provide administrative support for NOAH's compliance and risk programs including incident tracking, audits, investigations, policy and credentialing management, report and dashboard preparation, regulatory readiness (HRSA/FTCA/state), training record auditing, and committee support to ensure adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing specialty referrals, verify patient eligibility and benefits, compile and transmit medical documentation, manage authorizations, update EMR records, liaise between patients, providers, and insurers, train new referral staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
