Provides advanced administrative and operational support to primary care and dental clinic leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting coordination, minutes and action tracking, Epic in-basket coverage planning, provider template coordination, communications, meal and training logistics, onboarding support, operational reporting, dashboard maintenance, and occasional front-desk coverage. The role requires confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, independent prioritization, and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams.

Develops and delivers Epic training to clinicians and staff via classroom, virtual, and at-the-elbow methods; creates and updates training materials and e-learning content; coordinates upgrade readiness and supports workflow adoption and optimization.

Provide primary care nursing at an FQHC: perform assessments, triage (in-person and phone), RN-led visits, administer medications and immunizations, manage Epic in-basket/MyChart messages, coordinate chronic disease management, patient education, respond to clinic emergencies, participate in vaccine program, point-of-care testing, documentation, and quality improvement.
