Solving SaaS for Small Business

Neffinity aims to solve software as a service (SaaS) for small business, i.e., those without full time IT staff or those which rely on contract IT service providers.

Though these businesses are small and nimble enough to take most advantage of the benefits of cloud computing and SaaS, they typically rely on contract IT service providers, who service their computer/network infrastructure, but are not business application experts.

Neffinity aims to solve this problem by providing these businesses tools to assess and understand their needs and see how the best online software available meet them. In addition to purchasing the software, they will be able to subcribe to application support and receive referrals to trusted application integration partners should they need them. Lastly they will have the opportunity to consult with and participate in a community of small business peers to understand firsthand what works and what doesn't from people who deal with the same issues they do,
