The Controller oversees accounting, financial reporting, project accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, budgeting, estimates, reconciliations, and performance analysis for three business units. The role prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, explains variances, presents financial results to management, and collaborates with Sales and Operations on backlog and sales reporting. Responsibilities are supported by two accountants and require strong ERP, Excel, and accounting expertise.

Manages accounts receivable activities across multiple companies, including cash application, reconciliations, collections, credit management, customer account maintenance, reporting, and month-end close support. The role investigates payment discrepancies, monitors delinquent balances, coordinates collection actions, supports bad debt analysis, and partners with sales and internal teams to improve order-to-cash processes.

Develops technical solutions and engineering designs for industrial air handling, filtration, ventilation, humidification, and air-conditioning systems. Responsibilities include system layouts, engineering calculations, proposal documentation, RFQ interpretation, site visits, vendor coordination, project execution support, troubleshooting, installation reporting, and warranty resolution. The role collaborates with sales, project management, suppliers, fabricators, and international design teams while promoting technical consistency and continuous improvement.
