Partners with product, design, sales, and customer success to translate roadmaps into executable plans, improve delivery processes, guide architecture and technical quality, and manage capacity. Responsibilities also include recruiting, mentoring, performance development, incident response improvements, and scaling a high-performing engineering organization.

Lead Nectar Social's employer branding in Pakistan: build Life at Nectar Social content and campaigns across social platforms, manage campus relations and graduate hiring pipelines, run internal events and culture programs, and partner with Talent, Marketing, Design, and Operations to improve candidate and employee experiences.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer success, revenue operations, and GTM roles. Partner with commercial leaders to define scorecards, aggressively source and close quota-achieving talent, build structured interview and offer playbooks, track hiring metrics, and coach managers to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.
