Teams at Nectar Social

Own Nectar Social’s entire marketing function as its first marketing hire, including brand positioning, category narrative, content, product marketing, demand generation, PR, events, sales enablement, and marketing analytics. Partner with founders, product, engineering, and sales to explain the AI-native social commerce platform, generate enterprise pipeline, support launches, and establish Nectar as a leading voice in social commerce.

Build and lead the revenue operations function: administer Salesforce and GTM systems, own forecasting and pipeline cadence, run deal desk and pricing operations, administer commissions and quota/territory work, maintain integrations between sales and finance, and support marketing ops until hired. Deliver immediate operational coverage and a 12-month RevOps roadmap while automating quote-to-cash processes and ensuring data hygiene.

Lead creation and maintain Nectar's visual identity and brand system across web, product, social, and print. Own brand execution for marketing collateral, design social/campaign creative, build and document scalable brand guidelines, collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams, and help grow the early design organization.
