Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, lifecycle, and commercial performance of the AI-powered DocDefender document redaction platform. Lead pre-sales engagement, customer research, competitive analysis, backlog prioritization, product launches, business cases, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver compliant, differentiated solutions for public safety organizations and grow product revenue.

Analyzes customer requirements and documents functional specifications or user stories for large-scale public safety applications. Serves as the link between onshore business teams and offshore development and QA teams, clarifies functionality, supports prioritization and sprint planning, assists with test plans and scenarios, reviews requirements coverage, and documents business processes and workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.

Conduct user research across a complex Government Digital Service project, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating sensitive users, stakeholders, ambiguity, and competing priorities. The role focuses on evidence-led research in high-impact public services, with desirable experience in health contexts. This is a remote three-month contract with possible extension.
