Build and lead Nebuly’s HR function as its first dedicated HR hire. The role primarily owns end-to-end talent acquisition across Italy, the US, and Europe, including sourcing, interviews, offers, employer branding, and recruiting processes. It also oversees onboarding, people operations, compliance, performance and development programs, compensation, equity, benefits, and welfare as the company scales.

Build and ship production AI systems powering classification, taxonomy, PII detection, ROI estimation, and enterprise insights. Responsibilities include developing data and enrichment pipelines, improving LLM inference efficiency, extending MCP tooling, creating automated model evaluation frameworks, debugging customer-facing model issues, running AI product prototypes, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI features.

Own Nebuly’s Italian market as the founding Account Executive. Generate pipeline through an established network, manage the full enterprise sales cycle, close €100K+ ACV opportunities, and develop system integrator and advisory-firm partnerships. The role targets complex, multi-stakeholder deals and requires independent prospecting, technical selling, market representation, and territory building. The successful candidate will report directly to the co-founder and help establish a dominant position in Italy.
