Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and campus hiring. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS administration. Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, providing strategic and technical guidance to clients. Own solution design, module and project delivery, customizations, configurations, integrations, effort estimation, documentation, and technical decisions. Mentor junior consultants, ensure quality and timelines, and collaborate directly with clients and decision-makers.
