Coordinate all aspects of liver transplant patient care from evaluation through post-op recovery. Manage scheduling, education, monitoring, multidisciplinary coordination, and advocacy for transplant patients and families. Provide clinical leadership, patient teaching, and support throughout the transplant process.

Provide and coordinate clinical care for cardiovascular patients on a 49-bed Heart & Vascular Unit, including post-transplant and LVAD patients. Work weekend block shifts, participate in Cardiology Fellowship training, ensure continuity and quality of care, and follow unit protocols.

Provide and coordinate holistic nursing care for neurology med-surg patients (stroke, aneurysm, seizures, spinal fusions, brain/spinal tumors). Monitor complex interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, delegate and prescribe nursing care, maintain required certifications, and support the Comprehensive Stroke Center's protocols.
