Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, developing workforce, talent, succession, organizational design, performance, and change-management strategies. Partners with HR centers of excellence to address retention, engagement, leadership effectiveness, skill development, and productivity. Uses talent metrics and data insights to support business decisions and measure impact while managing cross-functional projects and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives.

Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational, competency, and professional development activities for nursing and support staff in a solid organ transplant unit. The role plans learning programs, supports performance improvement, instructs and collaborates with colleagues, applies teaching and learning principles, and balances clinical and leadership responsibilities.

Provides proactive executive support to Chief and Vice President-level leaders by managing complex calendars, communications, priorities, projects, presentations, correspondence, and confidential information. Serves as a liaison to senior leaders, physicians, board members, donors, and external partners while exercising independent judgment and supporting executive office effectiveness.
