Provide diagnostic medical sonograms (general ultrasound) to support physician diagnosis and treatment. Coordinate resources, communicate with care teams, manage patients of all ages, problem-solve workflow issues, and participate in department operations. Maintain certification (ARDMS within one year) and BCLS. Deliver strong patient service and escalate concerns as needed.

Provide patient care and departmental clinical support for radiology services, assisting patients, technologists, physicians, and staff; perform clerical/communication tasks, operate patient-care equipment, and ensure efficient, compassionate service.

Lead pharmacy clinical informatics efforts by translating pharmacy workflows into EHR and pharmacy system solutions (Epic), partnering with clinicians, IT, and operations to design, build, implement, and evaluate medication-related systems across ambulatory settings. Support multiple applications, drive clinical and business transformation, and provide subject-matter expertise to optimize medication ordering and management.
