Forecast Planner analyzes sales data to create lifecycle forecasts for new, mature, and discontinued products. The role collaborates with buyers, maintains reports and product attributes, incorporates seasonality and promotional impacts, and evaluates post-promotion results to improve forecasting, sales, and add-on opportunities. It also supports inventory planning, supply chain processes, and cross-functional projects.

Leads NFM’s ecommerce strategy, roadmap, site experience, revenue growth, profitability, conversion, and customer engagement. Owns digital performance metrics, financial planning, forecasting, experimentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization. Partners with merchandising, marketing, product, analytics, operations, and technology teams to drive omnichannel growth and execution. The role requires cross-functional leadership, ecommerce expertise, and accountability for online business results.

Leads treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting, banking relationships, financing, investments, and treasury controls. Builds financial models, analyzes operational impacts on cash flow, evaluates investments and business initiatives, and advises senior leadership. Supervises the Vendor Receivable Team and collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Credit, Merchandising, and Operations.
