Investigates alleged discrimination complaints involving employment, housing, and public accommodations. Conducts interviews, gathers and analyzes evidence, drafts charges and case reports, maintains detailed records, provides technical assistance to the public, and participates in settlement discussions. The role requires independent case management, strong writing and communication skills, timely completion of investigative work, and occasional driving between offices or to on-site visits.

Supervises psychology services for men's forensic and transition programs at a state psychiatric hospital. Responsibilities include program development, direct psychological evaluation and testing, patient treatment team participation, clinical leadership, staff supervision, regulatory and Joint Commission preparation, documentation, audits, corrective actions, and compliance. Forensic evaluation experience, including competency, insanity, and violence risk assessments, is preferred.

Reviews air pollution control systems and permit applications, prepares air quality permits, and ensures compliance with Nebraska and federal air pollution regulations. Advises regulated facilities on technical permit requirements, reviews other permit writers’ work, participates in public hearings, and supports regulatory planning. The role requires technical writing, regulatory interpretation, communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, occasional overnight travel, and outdoor field activities.
