Designs, develops, customizes, and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX solutions. Responsibilities include X++ extensions, Finance and Supply Chain modules, data migration, SSRS reporting, workflows, Azure integrations, APIs, SQL operations, and ALM using Azure DevOps and LCS. Collaborates with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable ERP solutions, troubleshoot issues, optimize implementations, and provide ongoing improvements.

Lead enterprise RPA migrations from UiPath to Microsoft Power Platform. Assess automation portfolios, develop migration roadmaps, build Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, integrate enterprise systems, and implement resilient orchestration patterns. Partner with process owners to define outcomes, support governance and secure credentials, manage Azure DevOps deployments and testing, provide go-live support, troubleshoot production automations, document solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Leads enterprise Dynamics 365 Sales implementations from discovery through post-go-live support. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder workshops, designing and configuring CRM capabilities, defining data migration mappings and validation rules, conducting fit-gap analysis, specifying integrations, supporting testing and training, and advising business and IT stakeholders. The role requires deep Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Sales expertise, Dataverse and Power Platform knowledge, strong documentation skills, and senior client-facing consulting experience.
