Designs, implements, and optimizes personalized, multichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. Collaborates with marketing, analytics, and IT teams on audience segmentation and campaign execution. Analyzes customer data, conducts A/B and multivariate testing, monitors performance metrics, and provides optimization insights to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.

Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests for event-driven marketing journeys and campaigns across Adobe platforms. Validate triggers, audience eligibility, personalization, customer data, and campaign results using SQL and systems such as AEP and Snowflake. Document and track defects, retest fixes, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, support release sign-off, improve test coverage, and participate in technical interviews.

Configure and optimize customer engagement journeys using Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and journey orchestration technologies. Build audience segments, personalization rules, and journey logic; troubleshoot data flows, event processing, and profile inconsistencies; analyze datasets with SQL; and support live journey execution. Collaborate with marketing, campaign operations, data engineering, and distributed teams while documenting solutions and supporting migration to Adobe technologies.
