Designs, operates, and scales highly available distributed systems and Cassandra-based caching platforms. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, observability, performance testing, active-active resiliency, incident response, and production troubleshooting. The role establishes SRE standards, improves reliability and deployment practices, automates operational tasks, and provides technical guidance while collaborating with Java and Spring Boot engineering teams.
