Work with clients to translate requirements, shape architecture, ensure DevOps/CI-CD best practices, observability (OpenTelemetry), Kubernetes orchestration, and operational concerns (monitoring, security, GDPR). Drive technical delivery, resolve blockers, and report project status to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms, pipelines, and warehouses. Implement ETL and data storage solutions, optimise processing performance, ensure data quality, governance, and compliance. Support CI/CD and DevOps for data workflows, conduct code reviews, collaborate with data scientists, analysts, technical leads, and client teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Lead creation and positioning of AI and cloud-based solutions for enterprise clients. Drive pre-sales discovery, proposals, POCs, and solution roadmaps; align delivery teams for smooth handoffs; engage executives; grow the AI practice and capture customer value through storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.
