Provide constituency casework, outreach, event and media support for the Member. Manage constituent enquiries, prepare research and documentation, maintain social media presence, monitor local media, liaise with stakeholders, and travel throughout the riding to perform outreach and events.

Provide legislative and constituent support to the MPP including casework, correspondence, research, monitoring legislation, deputizing at hearings and meetings, office administration at Queen's Park, and stakeholder and media contact. Support NDP policy positions and community issues through research and communication.
