Oversee weekly and biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments. Supervise payroll staff, manage records and employee changes, resolve payroll issues, support tax filings and year-end activities, prepare reports and reconciliations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, managers, and payroll vendors. The role also improves payroll controls and processes while protecting confidential information.

Supports the Human Resources team across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data entry, engagement initiatives, training, compliance audits, reporting, employee inquiries, benefits enrollment, policy updates, and general administration. This part-time, onsite internship provides broad exposure to HR functions while assisting with special projects and continuous improvement.

Manages key customer accounts and serves as the primary contact throughout the order-to-cash process. Responsibilities include order entry, quoting, inventory and delivery tracking, account setup, customer issue resolution, returns, credits, reporting, and proactive order-status communication. The role collaborates with sales, logistics, finance, planning, and operations teams to support customer satisfaction, retention, accuracy, and sales objectives.
