Supports converting-machine setup, operation, changeovers, quality inspections, glue and ink checks, production monitoring, stacking, cleanup, and downtime logging. Performs minor adjustments under operator direction and may operate the machine independently for brief periods. Requires safe handling of production equipment, accurate documentation, and physical stamina for extended standing, lifting, and working around inks, glue, and solvents.

Supports converting and production operations at a corrugated packaging plant by following safety procedures, relaying adjustment needs, assisting team members, submitting maintenance work orders, and adhering to production schedules. The intern is expected to bring creativity, attention to detail, analytical ability, and a willingness to work onsite while pursuing a paper, packaging, or related major.

Supports the Human Resources team across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data entry, engagement initiatives, training, compliance audits, reporting, employee inquiries, benefits enrollment, policy updates, and general administration. This part-time, onsite internship provides broad exposure to HR functions while assisting with special projects and continuous improvement.
