Manages key customer accounts and serves as the primary contact throughout the order-to-cash process. Responsibilities include order entry, quoting, inventory and delivery tracking, account setup, customer issue resolution, returns, credits, reporting, and proactive order-status communication. The role collaborates with sales, logistics, finance, planning, and operations teams to support customer satisfaction, retention, accuracy, and sales objectives.

The Contract Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and talent pipeline development. They partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, coordinate job fairs, track recruiting metrics in the ATS, ensure employment-law compliance, support high-volume hiring, and promote the employer brand. The role is based in an office within a manufacturing facility.

Operate and monitor the corrugator dry-end stacker, ensuring finished sheets are evenly stacked, counted, labeled, inspected, and staged accurately. Identify and promptly escalate board defects, count discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety hazards. Handle waste, assist with paper-roll staging, operate material-handling equipment when licensed, follow LOTO and PPE requirements, maintain housekeeping, and communicate production status during shift handoffs.
