Supports new product launches in electronics assembly by developing manufacturing flows, technical documentation, work instructions, drawings, fixtures, processes, and test procedures. Optimizes assembly layouts, supports ISO 9001-compliant operations, and resolves technical and quality issues with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams. Requires experience with IPC standards, BOE creation, wire harness assembly, electronics startups, and testing.

Serves as the engineering point of contact for a commercial-based military vehicle platform from quote through delivery. Reviews customer requirements, develops compliance responses and vehicle configurations, creates engineering estimates and project plans, manages bills of material and change control, and supports program execution across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and logistics. Requires interaction with domestic and international customers, hands-on truck support, and occasional travel for equipment integration and inspections.

Engineering Intern supporting defense manufacturing operations through electrical assembly, harness and cable fabrication, process documentation, work instruction development, testing, drawing updates, time studies, and process improvement. The role collaborates with production, quality, and supply chain teams while assisting with automated equipment, tooling, test fixtures, engineering change notices, and corrective actions.
