Lead preparation and distribution of GAAP financial statements, manage general ledger and reconciliations, support financial reporting, audits, and ERP transitions, and handle acquisition accounting tasks including due diligence, PPA, business combinations, and integration.

Drive new business and manage an ongoing book of automotive and industrial coatings accounts. Make sales calls, support customers with technical and color/painting issues, maintain customer relationships, meet aggressive monthly/weekly sales goals, use electronic tools for ordering and inventory, and support team development.

Provide regional technical, demo, and training support for SSI/NCS stores: schedule and deliver training, troubleshoot equipment and paint processes, conduct demos, submit activity reports, and support special projects. Travel within assigned territory required.

Manage a territory to develop new business and grow existing accounts for automotive and industrial coatings. Make sales calls, support customers with technical/color issues, maintain relationships and customer files, use electronic tools for ordering/inventory, meet aggressive monthly sales goals, and participate in sales and leadership training.
