Lead in-market rollout and day-to-day operations of digital wallet and loyalty products. Translate field feedback into product requirements, partner with Country GMs for launch sequencing, ensure agent readiness and KYC, build SOPs and training, monitor adoption and KPIs, coordinate with operations and product teams, and assess wallet/crypto trends for market relevance.
