Provides onsite and ticketed IT support across Linux, Windows, and Mac environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues; device provisioning and maintenance; onboarding and offboarding; identity and access management; hardware lifecycle management; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration; and meeting room AV support. The role also helps establish scalable IT operations as the company grows.

Analyzes transaction and business data using SQL, builds and maintains BI dashboards, handles ad hoc requests, and translates stakeholder needs into actionable insights. Partners with Finance and Operations, documents analytical best practices, mentors junior team members, promotes data literacy, and designs A/B tests to guide feature prioritization.

Leads the rollout and ongoing operation of gaming products across frontier markets. Responsibilities include launch readiness, go-to-market execution, product roadmap feedback, competitive analysis, KPI tracking, agent onboarding, compliance checks, SOP development, responsible-gaming procedures, and market trend evaluation. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and local leadership while balancing growth, regulatory requirements, and player protection.
