Lead and coach a team of Business Development Executives across run-rate and enterprise motions to meet revenue targets. Embed disciplined sales methodology (QUALIFY, PREPARE, CLOSE, GROW) and MEDDPICC qualification, enforce CRM and pipeline hygiene, deliver accurate forecasts, hire and onboard BDEs, support large enterprise deals, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at events. Role is Johannesburg-based, hybrid (3 days in-office) with up to 40% travel.

Lead technical installations and integrations for nCino/Salesforce, design and document integration architectures, build and test solutions, support DevOps, train clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and leverage AI/ML to improve integration and automation.
