Support daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll postings, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, data management, month-end close assistance, and reporting. Ensure compliance with firm controls and continuously develop accounting skills while interacting with clients as experience grows.

Lead and supervise a small accounting team while providing day-to-day accounting services to multiple clients. Maintain general ledger and prepare internal financial statements, budgets, year-end audit schedules, grant reports, and cash flow projections. Build client relationships, coordinate annual CPA audits, and support short-term consulting projects.
