Maintain general ledger and prepare internal financial statements, budgets, year-end audit schedules, grant reports, and cash flow projections. Build client relationships, coordinate annual CPA audits, and support short-term consulting projects.

Support daily accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll postings, and data organization while complying with firm policies.

Manage front desk and day-to-day administrative operations during a US shift at the Gurgaon office. Greet visitors, handle calls and correspondence, maintain attendance and asset records, coordinate IT asset dispatch, manage supplies and local procurement, run office errands, and support HR logistics and employee engagement events.
