Independently assess apprentices against Early Years and Education apprenticeship standards, recording assessments through the NCFE EPA platform. Communicate with apprentices, training providers, and employers about assessment and grading, produce accurate reports, attend standardisation events, and maintain fair, consistent, and compliant assessment practices. The role requires sector expertise, assessor training, IT skills, a Level 3 qualification, and a valid driving licence for travel.
