Lead small to medium-sized business and technology projects from planning through closure. Executive leader overseeing NCCI’s Regulatory and Customer Operations divisions. Leads stakeholder engagement with regulators, carriers, bureaus, legislators, associations, and insureds; directs regulatory, customer service, residual market, assigned risk, and experience-rating functions. Partners on enterprise strategy, rate filings, examinations, operational planning, technology needs, resources, revenue opportunities, and talent development. Requires extensive insurance industry expertise, strong regulatory and board exposure, and the ability to lead across multiple functions.

Architects, implements, and supports scalable infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments. Leads platform engineering initiatives involving Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, virtualization, monitoring, disaster recovery, automation, and infrastructure architecture. Provides third-level support, evaluates technical solutions, maintains critical Linux systems, manages upgrades, and leads complex cross-functional projects in a 24x7 support environment.

Analyze and resolve customer and provider data issues, investigate root causes, support testing and business systems, document procedures and communications, and contribute to process improvements. The role collaborates with customers, data providers, and team members to maintain accurate data supporting workers compensation decisions.
