Lead and manage on-site steel construction for a large industrial beneficiation plant: plan production, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, control schedule, budget, quality and H&S, manage forecasting and stakeholder relations.

Lead quality management for a large construction project in Luleå. Act as primary quality contact, implement and maintain the QMS (ISO 9001), run internal/external audits, coach teams, manage quality documentation and reporting, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and subcontractors.

Develop, analyze and maintain an integrated project schedule for a large construction megaproject. Coordinate planning with project management, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial and HSEQ to optimize sequencing and achieve milestones. Report to Head of Planning and support project delivery from early phases through construction, with significant on-site presence in Luleå.
