Owns community engagement for anime-inspired and MMORPG games across social media, Discord, forums, and websites. Creates content, manages player and creator relationships, moderates discussions, runs events and campaigns, monitors sentiment, analyzes engagement data, handles escalations, and reports community trends to publishing, marketing, and development teams.

Own the publishing delivery schedule for live-service MMORPG content, coordinating milestones, timelines, risks, platform submissions, seasonal events, and cross-functional publishing efforts. Partner with development teams in Korea and Marketing, Community, and customer support teams in North America to deliver content on schedule. Manage relationships with Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox, facilitate production meetings, track dependencies, and improve live-operations processes across culturally and geographically distributed teams.
