Processes monetary and non-monetary banking transactions, maintains and verifies account information, performs reconciliations, resolves exceptions, prepares reports, supports customers and employees, follows regulatory procedures, and assists with training and team coverage.

Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts, researches and resolves discrepancies, supports process improvements, helps allocate workloads, cross-trains team members, and provides quality assurance support. The role develops reconciliation procedures, responds to internal inquiries, and ensures compliance with established processes while working semi-independently under supervisory guidance.
