Perform moderately complex monetary and non-monetary banking transactions, reconcile accounts, resolve escalated issues, maintain compliance with laws and policies, support customers and teammates, create/update procedures, and prepare reports.

Provide customer service and sales support for small business and individual insurance accounts. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, written, and face-to-face communications; research coverage and underwriting guidelines; recommend products to address coverage gaps; process transactions in agency and carrier systems; participate in department meetings and support continuous improvement. Occasional regional travel required.

Interview and profile customers to determine investment and insurance needs, recommend products and referrals, monitor client investments, develop business plans, and cultivate branch relationships to drive sales and referrals.
