Manages complex middle-market and high-impact business accounts, providing customer service, insurance coverage analysis, renewals, proposals, policy changes, and coverage recommendations. Acts as a liaison between customers and carriers, identifies coverage gaps, resolves account concerns, maintains accurate documentation, and supports new business and retention activities. Requires insurance licensing or the ability to obtain it, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency systems, and regional travel as needed.

Prepare and review complex retirement plan compliance tests, year-end packages, government filings, and regulatory forms including Forms 5500, 5330, and 8955-SSA. Reconcile plan assets, calculate contributions and corrective earnings, prepare plan documents, research compliance issues, support audits, and mentor team members. The role requires advanced retirement plan knowledge, accurate regulatory reporting, independent work, and collaboration across departments.

Maintains records and reports required under the Bank Secrecy Act and supports the bank-wide BSA/AML Compliance and Information Security programs. Responsibilities include completing compliance paperwork, reviewing OFAC reports, maintaining databases and logs, retrieving investigation records, communicating with branches, and assisting with information security surveys and risk assessments.
