Manage high impact business accounts, performing customer service, sales, and insurance coverage advocacy while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Lead a team of 4–8 IT staff to administer and maintain user accounts and assigned systems. Handle complex escalations, perform account provisioning, service pack installs, health checks, and licensing. Manage projects, update process documentation, and assist business lines with continuity planning and risk analysis.

Analyze and test transactions, records, and processes for regulatory compliance; document findings, develop recommendations and reports, research laws/regulations, and support compliance operations independently.
