Coordinate PR content and manage social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to raise NBS brand awareness. Lead PR plan, collaborate with marketing to update strategies, create engaging content, and act as internal PR ambassador.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid search, paid social and email. Conduct keyword research, manage CMS and blog content, analyze performance using analytics tools, report on KPIs, and collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop digital strategy.

Design user flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with product managers and software developers to deliver consistent, high-quality UX. Solicit feedback and iterate designs to meet user needs for NBS products.
