Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, executive reporting, operational readiness, field enablement, workforce impacts, deployment planning, and transitions into operations. Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, field services, commercial, delivery partners, and operations to deliver customer, productivity, and network-performance outcomes.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely HR advice and managing high-volume Workday/HRIS transactions. Handle escalations, partner with specialist People & Culture teams, apply Fair Work knowledge across the employee lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement using digital tools, AI and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Leads the development and implementation of nbn’s enterprise change framework, governance, standards, reporting, and capability uplift. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to improve how transformation is planned, coordinated, and delivered. Builds alignment, increases visibility of business impacts, and embeds sustainable, people-centered change practices across the organisation.
