Supports sales operations through CRM management, order creation and fulfillment, after-sale support, cross-department coordination, reporting, and data analysis. The role also assists with reception desk responsibilities and client interactions. Candidates should be proficient in office software, Salesforce, SAP, and Power Automate; possess strong communication, problem-solving, reporting, and English skills; and ideally have import/export and basic accounting knowledge.

Conduct AML/CTF compliance reviews across payment operations, including KYC/KYB, ongoing and enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, identity escalations, and source-of-funds reviews. Document findings in Salesforce, perform screening quality assurance, support compliance remediation and certifications, maintain SOPs, and train onboarding teams on compliance procedures and escalation criteria.

Manage global revenue operations supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce and sales databases, processing orders, producing reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, ensuring GTM process compliance, analyzing and correcting data, training sales teams, collaborating with CRM and BI teams, and using AI and automation to improve workflows and productivity.
