Develops, delivers, and manages regional training for employees, franchisees, channel partners, and staff. Responsibilities include training needs assessments, functional and behavioral content development, train-the-trainer programs, vernacular localization, budgeting, post-training assessments, certification, impact analysis, and reporting.

Manage end-to-end petroleum depot operations, including demand fulfillment, inventory control, product quality and quantity verification, transporter coordination, safety, preventive maintenance, reconciliation, budgeting, and statutory compliance. The role oversees TT crew training, fleet utilization, SAP-related issue resolution, stock accountability, equipment upkeep, and adherence to HSE and regulatory standards.

Leads territory sales operations across retail outlets for fuel, lubricants, and non-fuel products. Develops outlet-level sales strategies, manages franchisee relationships, identifies customers and business opportunities, monitors inventory and product delivery, and supports outlet infrastructure. Ensures quality, safety, licensing, promotional, and regulatory compliance; coordinates vendors and logistics partners; trains outlet staff; resolves customer complaints; and reports sales and operational performance.
