Manage RO-level strategies, franchisee relationships, inventory and infrastructure, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, conduct inspections and trainings, resolve customer issues, and report performance to zonal and head offices.

Manage supply and logistics for a refinery terminal: plan dispatches (road, rail, pipeline, coastal), supervise loading/gantry/weighbridge/tank farm operations, perform SAP/ERP documentation, board vessels and complete export paperwork, enforce HSEF standards, minimize product losses, and maintain records and reconciliations.

Lead nationwide brand refresh and equipment roll-outs for retail outlets: plan, estimate, budget, manage vendors, ensure QAQC and HSE compliance, track progress, certify work, and coordinate cross-functionally.
