Building For Client Needs

Head of Technology Raghu Battula takes NAX’s customer obsession to heart. “At the end of the day, we are building ventures for our customers,” he said. And “building” is the operative word; to ensure that NAX’s technology enables clients to do exactly what they need, the company builds its software entirely from scratch. That means every day looks a little different. Battula’s team has worked with everything from blockchain and web3 to cloud architectures and machine learning.

Sarah Curtis was brought on to lead the development of a joint venture, a unique accident protection plan retailers can provide to their customers. “What makes this venture special is that it was built to remove friction in the customer claim submission journey, leveraging technology at every step of the way,” said Curtis. The build began as many of NAX’s products do: As an attempt to fix an issue that caused friction for its corporate partners. In her time at NAX, Curtis has shepherded this product from a glimmer of an idea to a solution that improves customer experiences.

As strategist lead, Rajasi Singhvi’s core responsibility is to unlock a corporate partner's existing potential through NAX’s ventures and platforms. Corporations often have untapped or underutilized assets; Singhvi evaluates what’s available and leverages those assets to achieve a corporate partners' goals. Stakeholder alignment is a must. “Incubating new ventures using existing corporate assets leads to complex implementation environments,” she said. “Navigating through these situations and still getting the projects implemented is particularly exciting to me.”
