The Community Support Specialist engages with clients, manages community interactions, resolves issues, and assists with event coordination and documentation compliance.

Own Nawy’s internal communications strategy and employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities include developing editorial calendars, managing change communications, measuring engagement, coordinating People and Employer Branding efforts, celebrating employee milestones, leading onboarding and recognition programs, and organizing town halls, team days, and companywide events. The role requires strategic and hands-on execution, bilingual Arabic and English communication, corporate event expertise, and active use of AI tools.

Optimize English-language SEO content across search intent, keywords, internal linking, metadata, E-E-A-T, entities, and AI-search visibility. Conduct content audits, develop AI-assisted content workflows, evaluate AI-generated content quality, and monitor performance using SEO and analytics tools. Analyze rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and engagement, then provide reports and optimization recommendations. Real estate SEO experience is advantageous.
