Own relationship development, account planning, negotiation support, agreement coordination, onboarding, CRM tracking, operational handoffs, inventory and data-feed activation, performance reviews, issue resolution, and weekly reporting. Coordinate across Legal, Product, Data, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and People to turn commercial relationships into active, measurable partnerships.

Manages contract administration and documentation for mortgage and financing operations. Coordinates with legal, compliance, finance, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure contract adherence, accurate execution, and regulatory compliance. Monitors timelines, milestones, renewals, and obligations; helps resolve discrepancies and amendments; and supports process improvements, workflow optimization, and overall operational efficiency while handling sensitive financial information.
