Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, design and document moderately complex systems, manage incidents and small projects, support testing and implementations, create procedures and training materials, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to improve processes and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Lead and execute complex organizational change initiatives: develop change strategies and plans, assess readiness and adoption, align stakeholders and executive messaging, deliver Prosci-based training, mentor junior staff, collaborate with HR/Communications/PMO, and drive sustained adoption across business units.

Administer and support Oracle RAC databases on AIX and OCI, including installs, migrations, performance tuning, automated patching, Data Guard DR, monitoring with OEM, automation with Ansible/Shell, security enforcement, incident/change management via ServiceNow, 24/7 on-call rotations, documentation, and engineering-driven system design and enhancements.
