Lead strategic internal communications for the Enterprise AI Strategy. Develop and execute integrated messaging, counsel senior leaders, create executive and enterprise content, run cross-functional campaigns, measure communications effectiveness, and mentor junior team members to drive alignment and employee engagement.

Prepare and update reports and dashboards, analyze trends and KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, create reporting specifications, communicate insights to peers and mid-level management, and collaborate on team projects to support business decisions.

Lead and execute enterprise-wide change initiatives: assess impacts, develop stakeholder engagement and training strategies, advise executives, build change capability, design and implement Prosci-based change practices, integrate change with transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption and sustained results across global programs.
