Leads cross-functional Treasury Management and Commercial Payments programs spanning business transformation, product development, operational readiness, and process improvement. Develops program plans, manages resources, risks, issues, governance, budgets, and stakeholder alignment, while delivering executive reporting and measurable outcomes. Serves as a subject matter expert, supports product launches and enhancements, ensures regulatory and control compliance, mentors program staff, and improves enterprise program delivery practices.

Lead enterprise change for complex, multi-year cloud and operating-model transformations. Design and deliver change strategy, stakeholder assessments, communications, training, and readiness metrics. Advise executives, build change capability, govern portfolios, integrate change with digital roadmaps, and drive adoption across global programs while mentoring practitioners and sustaining change outcomes.

Develop predictive models and algorithms, analyze complex data patterns, create automated reports and dashboards, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Responsibilities include data extraction, programming, modeling, trend analysis, visualization, technical writing, and collaboration. The role works under close supervision with limited discretion and increasing assignment complexity.
