Plans and manages instructional design projects, develops classroom and online curricula, creates LMS activities and reports, evaluates training effectiveness, and designs learning materials using multimedia and technology. Conducts needs assessments, applies instructional theories, leads change management initiatives, presents to stakeholders, trains internal teams, and mentors less experienced staff. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve employee performance and ensure training objectives are achieved.

Plans, manages, and executes moderately complex projects from inception through implementation. Develops schedules, budgets, requirements, risk plans, and deliverables; coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, contracts, resources, and stakeholders; monitors progress, quality, costs, and issues; communicates status to management; and ensures projects meet organizational goals, customer expectations, timelines, and budget requirements.

Leads complex enterprise technology projects from planning through delivery, managing roadmaps, schedules, resources, risks, vendors, compliance, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates engineering, product, operations, and business teams; tracks performance using project analytics; resolves escalations; supports prioritization and resource planning; and mentors junior project managers. The role also contributes to delivery-framework improvement and business readiness.
