Provide telephone/video financial consultations, recommend insurance and investment solutions, execute securities trades, maintain and monitor client accounts, ensure regulatory compliance (FINRA, NASAA, SEC), develop pipelines for smaller accounts, refer complex planning to senior advisors, and prepare reports/audit documentation.

Combines data science, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, MLOps, generative AI, and data engineering to develop scalable, production-ready solutions. Responsibilities include automating analysis of service interaction data, implementing LLM and RAG solutions, developing algorithms and automated processes, performing modeling and trend analysis, interpreting results, and presenting findings. The fellowship is limited to transitioning service members participating in the DoW/DoD SkillBridge program.

Develop and execute Navy Federal’s enterprise AI and Generative AI strategy, prioritize the AI technology roadmap, identify member-experience opportunities, and guide cross-functional implementation. The role partners with risk, compliance, legal, governance, innovation, business, and technology stakeholders; manages vendors; promotes ethical AI; communicates complex concepts to varied audiences; supports change management and strategic planning; and monitors emerging AI trends and technologies.
