Supports Workplace Infrastructure and Logistics analytics by collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing data; developing Tableau and Power BI dashboards; automating data workflows; identifying actionable insights; preparing reports and presentations; and interviewing stakeholders. The intern collaborates with analysts and internal business partners to improve data-driven departmental decisions and must remain enrolled in a college-level or degree-seeking program throughout the internship.

Supports risk management by documenting and testing internal controls for finance and accounting processes. Assesses operational, financial reporting, and regulatory risks; supports RCSA and SOC-1 reviews; gathers and analyzes data; identifies deficiencies and improvement opportunities; and recommends mitigation, remediation, corrective actions, and additional controls. Works under close supervision while collaborating with management and business personnel.

Processes checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and other remittances by sorting, scanning, validating, allocating, and depositing funds. Reviews transaction authenticity, negotiability, fraud risks, compliance requirements, holds, and special handling needs. Researches member accounts and multiple systems, prepares regulatory correspondence, meets production and service targets, resolves issues with internal partners, and recommends process improvements while following federal regulations and credit union safety procedures.
