Represent the University of Waikato across South China to drive international student recruitment, build and manage agent and institutional relationships, deliver agent training, promote programmes and scholarships, analyse market and recruitment data, identify partnerships and business development opportunities, support senior visits, and ensure compliance with policies and data privacy. Extensive regional travel required.

Own and grow the Nepal recruitment market to meet student enrolment, revenue, and profitability targets. Develop data-driven strategies, manage key education partners and agents, strengthen stakeholder relationships (government, consulates), and ensure excellent account management and partner experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams and the General Manager South Asia.
