Own the vulnerability management pipeline for a cloud-based hospitality SaaS platform. Responsibilities include maintaining Tenable and CrowdStrike Falcon scan coverage, prioritizing and validating vulnerabilities, automating scan-to-ticket workflows with Python and Jira, coordinating remediation, tracking SLAs, reporting program health, and supporting security incident response on-call rotations.

Coordinates regional marketing activities across EMEA and APAC, including event planning, email campaigns, social media, and content creation. Collaborates with sales, customer success, and demand generation teams on database management and nurture campaigns. Executes multi-channel campaigns, tracks marketing analytics, and identifies insights to improve campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Requires B2B/SaaS marketing experience, strong communication and project management skills, and familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.

Manage post-sales strategy and customer relationships across Oceania. Drive product adoption, customer education, renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities for strategic accounts. Serve as the regional point of contact, conduct customer reviews and workshops, coordinate with Sales and global teams, advocate for regional product needs, and provide technical and consultative guidance. The role requires autonomous execution, strong negotiation skills, and approximately 25% regional travel.
