Manages partner relationships, delivers business reviews, plans financial education sessions and outreach events, collaborates with branch, marketing, and product teams, oversees business development budgets, evaluates program ROI, and uses data to identify growth opportunities. Represents the credit union at community and industry events while supporting member experience and loyalty goals.
