Engage and qualify prospects for Navigate360 by outbound calling, booking meetings, and creating opportunities. Use Salesforce and SalesLoft to capture and analyze data, meet monthly dialing/email productivity and meeting quotas, collaborate with sales and marketing, handle objections, and drive customer engagement to grow the client base.

Coordinate and manage multiple customer SaaS launch projects, configure back-office systems, perform admin user setup, deliver trainings, monitor customer progress, create training content, document processes, and ensure timely deployment and adoption.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls and transactional support requests (account updates, order status, billing). Document interactions in case systems, manage follow-ups and queues, escalate as needed, and use Salesforce and Office 365 to support timely, quality resolutions.
