As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll build and scale core systems, develop products for pilots, integrate data and AI, and shape architectural decisions.

Hands-on hardware intern responsible for assembling, wiring, bench-testing, diagnosing, documenting, and shipping aircraft devices. The role includes improving build processes, tracking inventory and BOMs, preparing deployments, and collaborating with hardware, firmware, and software engineers. Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools, wiring, basic electronics debugging, physical fabrication, troubleshooting, and process development. Aviation, CAD, 3D printing, scripting, and flight experience are advantageous.

Build and own Navi's end-to-end go-to-market engine: design multi-channel outbound, grow discoverability (SEO/GEO/AI), stand up GTM tooling and automation, run inbound/social/content, create partner/co-marketing motions, and use funnel metrics to optimize pipeline and retention.
