Build and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and golden datasets. Develop measures, reporting tools, and data visualizations using Power Query and DAX. Support analytics teams across departments, automate deliverables, and translate business data into actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working with data from systems such as Salesforce and Snowflake.

Lead the customer experience strategy and operating model for SMB and Mid-Market customers. Build scalable digital, pooled, and high-touch engagement programs; improve adoption, retention, customer health, renewals, and expansion readiness. Develop CX leaders and teams, standardize lifecycle processes, optimize Gainsight and CRM capabilities, apply analytics and AI, and partner cross-functionally to improve productivity, personalization, and cost-to-serve.

Provides frontline technical support through tickets, calls, and email; resolves customer system issues, manages escalations, documents solutions, trains customers and internal teams, communicates technical information, identifies product improvements and upsell opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet customer objectives.
